The financial crisis has certainly galvanized a somewhat lack lustre banking fraternity into action and, may we add, about time too.

Complacency, greed, ineptitude have all been words used to describe the overpaid ‘jobs for the boys’ brigade.

Me, I would better describe it as criminal negligence…but then again, governments of today are far too lax and are in many ways the reason why the banks act the way they do. Just put a woman in charge, she’ll soon sort them out.
